Coach Nichole
Nichole was a competitive gymnast for 12 years. She competed both compulsory and optional gymnastics, achieving elite level status. She was a member of the National Women's Gymnastics Team and competed at the Junior Olympics. She was also a competitive dancer for 4 years and a competitive cheerleader for 7 years, including both all-star and collegiate level cheerleading.
She has over 10 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and tumbling. She coaches USAG & AAU recreational, compulsory and optional gymnastics up through level 7 or Excel Platinum. She is also an optional choreographer for the Floor exercise up through elite and collegiate levels.
She cheered for Southern Mississippi and Delta Miss. She received her B.A. in Sports Management.
Coach Lindsay
Lindsay was a competitive gymnast for 10 years. She competed both compulsory and optional gymnastics, achieving level 9 status. She was a competitive dancer in ballet and jazz for 4 years and a competitive all-star cheerleader for 5 years.
She has over 10 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and tumbling. She coaches USAG & AAU recreational, compulsory and optional gymnastics up through level 7 or Excel Platinum.
Lindsay received her B.A. in criminology and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
